Discipleship

Prize & PRoclaim

Everything we do is aimed at forming disciples who prize and proclaim the excellencies of Jesus, as we grow in…

  • Loving God

  • Loving Each Other and

  • Loving the World

We pursue this through ordinary rhythms of life together and intentional times of equipping.

The Core Rhythms of our church

These are the ordinary patterns of life at King’s Church. Members commit to these rhythms as the primary way we grow together as disciples of Jesus.

  • As a church, we gather every Sunday to…

    • Sing God’s Praises

    • Offer Our Prayers and

    • Receive His Word Preached

  • Community Groups are a tool to aid the church in loving each other. Through Community Groups, we encourage opportunities for members to…

    • Gather together in homes

    • Establish Discipling Relationships

    • Give of ourselves by investing in one another’s lives.

    • Practice spiritual disciplines and exercise spiritual gifts together.

  • We are called to make disciples (Matt 28:18-20). And all Christians are called to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12).

Therefore, we encourage our members to be in Discipling Relationships with one another, where we Open Our Lives and Open Our Bibles.

By opening our lives, we’re able to share and carry burdens.

By opening our Bibles, we’re able to read and pray the word of God together.

  • Once a month, we have Faith Family Meetings. These are members meetings, where we pray, hear updates, and celebrate what God is doing in the life of our church.

Focused Equipping

We need to be equipped to do the work of the ministry. Therefore, we offer intentional environments to equip members for faithful Christian living. These events are catalytic in nature, spurring us on to greater faithfulness in our personal walks and the corporate rhythms above.

  • Practical training on key areas of Christian life, doctrine and mission.

  • Equipping men to follow Christ faithfully in the home, church, and world.

  • Equipping women to follow Christ faithfully in the home, church and world.
